肝移植术后急性肾功能衰竭患者连续性肾脏替代治疗的护理

Nursing of continuous renal replacement in patients of orthotopic liver transplantation complicated with acute renal failure

采用连续性肾脏替代疗法治疗原位肝移植术后急性肾功能衰竭患者 4例。通过连续监测生命体征 ,准确记录每小时出入量 ,严格按配方配制透析液和置换液 ,预防感染 ,保持血管通路通畅等护理措施 ,保证了连续肾脏替代治疗顺利进行。

patients of orthotopic liver transplantation (OLT) with acute renal failure (ARF) were treated with continuous renal replacement treatment (CRRT). The whole treatment process is succeeded by a series of nursing measures such as continuous monitoring of life signs, accurate recording of the amount of influx and outflow per hour, strict preparation of dialysate and substitution according to prescription, prevention of infection and assurance of veinous cannal's smooth, etc.
