胞必佳治疗老年恶性胸水的护理

Nursing of senile patients with malignant thoracic effusion treated with N-CWS

报道胞必佳注入胸腔治疗 31例老年恶性胸水患者的护理。在治疗前做好心理疏导工作 ,治疗过程中做好注药时有无头晕、心悸、胸闷、面色苍白、出冷汗、刺激性咳嗽、晕厥等的观察 ,注药后协助患者每 15～ 2 0min变换 1次体位 ,耐心向患者说明翻身的作用及意义 ,同时注意观察病人面色、脉搏、呼吸等 ,密切观察病情及局部情况 ,谨防血、气胸的发生 ,对症护理 ,预防感染 ;注意药物的副反应如发热、胸痛等 ,并进行对症护理。

In this paper, the author reports the nursing of 31 senile patients with malignant thoracic effusion treated with N-CWS. It is pointed out that psychological education before therapy should be carried out; during treatment, observation performed to occurrence of dizziness, palpitation, facial pallor, cold sweating, irritant cough and coma. When N-CWS is injected, special attention should be paid to patient's pulse, respiration and facial color. The general and local conditions of them should be intensively observed to prevent infection. Besides, the adverse reactions of some drugs such as fever and thoracic pain need suitable and correct nursing.
