非小细胞肺癌术后辅助治疗疗效分析

An analysis of effect postoperative adjuvant therapy for non-small lung cancer

目的 :分析非小细胞肺癌术后辅助治疗的疗效。方法 :非小细胞肺癌Ⅱ期和Ⅲa期 2 99例分别采用单纯手术、术后放疗、术后放疗 +化疗并用的方法进行治疗。结果 :非小细胞肺癌Ⅱ期和Ⅲa期术后放疗组与术后放疗 +化疗组局部控制率优于单纯手术组 (P <0 0 5 ) ,但远处转移率及 5年生存率无统计学意义。结论 :治疗方法及病理类型并不影响Ⅱ期和Ⅲa期非小细胞肺癌术后生存率 。

Objective:To study the effects of therapy methods on the survival rate for non small cell lung cancer(NSCLC) stage Ⅱ and stageⅢ a after radical operation.Methods:From April 1988 to December 1994,treatment results were compared between 212 stage Ⅱ and 87 stageⅢa NSCLC who received operation alone (OA),postoperation radiotherapy(RT),radiotherapy and chemotherapy (CRT) in our department.Results:The local recurrent rates for stage Ⅱand stageⅢa with RT group and CRT group compared with OA group have significance( P <0.05),but distance metastasis rates and the five survival rates for stage Ⅱ and stage Ⅲa with RT group and CRT group compared with OA group have insignificance ( P >0.05) Conclusions:No relationship was found between the survival rates and pathological classification and treatment method.Radiation may reduce local recurrent rates for postoperation of NSCLC.
