胃安康口服液制备工艺的研究

Study on Preparation Process of Weiankang Oral Liquid

目的 优选胃安康口服液的提取工艺。方法 采用正交试验法对提取时间、提取次数、醇沉浓度 3个主要因素选取 3个水平 ,薄层扫描法定量 ,考察黄芪甲苷的提取率。结果 最佳方案为 6 0min ,提取 3次 ,醇沉浓度 70 %。

Aim To optimize the extraction process of Weiankang oral liquid.Methods The optimum extraction process was investigated by the orthogonal design.The chief factors influencing the extraction efficiency were as follows:(A:Times of extraction,B:Number of extraction,C:Consistency of ethanol precipitation.) The astragaloside IV in the oral liquid as an index,the content was detemined by TCL scanning.Result 0ptimal program was to extract three times,60minutes each time.and then precipitated by 70% alcohol solution.Conclusion The quality of the oral liquid was pledged by this optimized process.
