The possible role of some cyto kines on wound healing and hyperplastic scar formation and their effects

细胞因子是创面愈合的重要递质,相互间的协调作用是创伤后组织形态与功能完全修复的必要保证。若这一精确地调节机制出现混乱将会导致修复延迟,乃至瘢痕的形成。现概述细胞因子对创伤修复过程中细胞增殖、分化、迁移和凋亡活动的影响,以及对细胞外基质的作用,同时结合细胞因子在信号转导通路中的角色,深入探讨创面愈合与瘢痕形成的分子机制。

Cytokines are essential mediators f or normal repair process after wound ing.The coordinated concert of these substances is necessary for perfect wound repair a nd regeneration.Unfortunately,th e highly orchestrared mechanisms of wound healing usually interfered during this process,which will dela y tissue repair course and scar forma tion.In this article,we discuss the cell proliferation,differentia-tion,migration,apoptosis and matr ix production during wound healing.Also,we explore the possible role of cytokines during normal wound healing and scar formation.
