摘要
研究了硅铝比为27、33、45和55的HZSM-5沸石对乙苯-乙醇烷基化合成对二乙苯反应的活性、选择性和稳定性。用TPD方法测定了反应前后样品的氨吸附量。结果表明,较高硅铝比的沸石活性低而选择性和稳定性较好。在较低的反应温度和较高的空速及乙苯/乙醇摩尔比情况下,对二乙苯选择性较好。
Thactivity, selectivity and stability of HZSM-5 zeolites having different silica to alumina ratio(27, 38,45,55) for alkylation of ethylbenzene with ethanol to p-diethylbenzene have been studied. Ammonia adsorption before and after the reaction was determined by means of TPD method. The results show that the higher the silica to alumina ratio the lower is the activity, and the better the selectivity and stability. The selectivity of p-diethylbenzene is better at lower temperatures and higher space velocity and ethylbenzene/ethanol ratio.
