摘要
以α-Al_2O_3为载体,按工业方法制备了负载银,进行了催化性能的评价、氧吸附和程脱以及乙烯环氧化反应参数的测定。根据实验结果,探讨了乙烯环氧化机理,认为吸附态原子氧是乙烯环氧化关键物种,反应按照L-H吸附机理进行。提出了可能的反应历程,即乙烯吸附在吸附态原子氧所诱导成较正电荷的Ag活性位上,这种吸附态乙烯与邻近不同活性位上的吸附态原子氧发生环氧化反应或乙烯燃烧反应。
Silver supported a-Al_2O_3 was prepared by the method similar to that of industrial silver catalyt. The catalytic activity was evaluated under practical conditions. TPD measurements of oxygen and the kinetic data of epoxidation reaction were examined. The adsorbed atomic oxygen is found to be the crucial species. The reaction follows the L-H mechanism, and a possible reaction path-way is proposed.
