在椎间盘突出物或椎间盘内注射胶原酶对椎间盘突出症治疗作用的研究(英文) 被引量:5

摘要 Objective To compare effect of chemonucleolysis of collagenase injected intrapro trusion(disc protrusion)with intradisk(disc centre)at the affected disc guided by comput er scan(CT)on lumbar disc herniation.Method156patients were randomly divided i nto two groups.Repeat CT shows guided 1200U collagenase intraprotrusion or int radisk injection of the affected dis c via extradural or intradual way for the patients.3-month follow-up was performed to evaluate the therapeutic e ffect.Result The observation indicated that the p atients showed no any seriously side effect.The effectiv e rate was 86%for intraprotrusion in jection and 71%for intradisk injection respectively.χ2 test demonstrated the difference was significant (χ2=5.3969).Conclusion Guided under CT,intraprotrusion in jection with collagenase at the affe cted disc is safe,more effective treatment than that of intradisk injections for lumbar di sc herniation.
