安徽阜阳市精神分裂症流行病学调查

An epidemiological survey on schizophrenia in Fuyang,Anhui

目的 :了解安徽阜阳市精神分裂症的患病率 ,探讨其危害程度及发病危险因素。 方法 :选3县 1市为框架 ,对≥ 15岁 33332人进行流行病学调查 ,采取线索调查和逐户筛选相结合。 结果 :共检出精神分裂症 15 9例 ,现患 137例 ,总患病率 4.77‰ ,时点患病率 4.11‰ ,其中发生社会危害事件 87例次。 结论 :精神分裂症对社区造成的危害十分严重 ,应予高度警觉。

Objective:To study the prevalence rate and possible risk factors of schizophrenia in Fuyang. Method: 33,332 persons aged ≥15 years from urban and rural areas were investigated. Results:159 were diagnosed as schizophrenia and 22 of them were in remission period, with a lifetime prevalence rate of 4.77‰ and a point prevalence rate of 4.11‰. Disturbed social behaviour were observed in 87 cases. Conclusion: Schizophrenia could bring serious hazard to the community.
