摘要
用LDCT法对丝网填料的液固传质性能进行了研究,考察了丝网片数、目数对液固传质的影响,建立了计算丝网液固传质系数的数学模型。结果发现,单网的液固传质系数要比多网的液固传质系数大。实验结果可用下式表示: j_d=0.85Re_d^(-0.708) 6<Re_d<70,je/(D/d)^(1/3)=1.4Re_D^(-0.708)
In this paper, experimental work on liquid-solid mass transfer of wire screens was carried out by means of electrochemical method. The effects of the number and mesh of wire screens on mass transfer was studied. Model for calculating liquidsolid mass transfer coefficient of wire screens was also developed. Results show that liquid-solid mass transfer coefficient of single screen is larger than that of multi-screen. The correlations of experimental results are as follows:
