建筑师与开发商—从住宅建设试谈两者的关系

Architect and developer -Talking about both relation from the view of residence construction

针对当前住宅建设中 ,建筑师与开发商对住宅建设的改革形势还不完全适应 ,设计与开发的经验还不够丰富 ,致使出现了一些配合不够密切的现象。阐述建筑师与开发商工作的内容和特点 ,说明两者是相互依存、密不可分、谁也离不开谁的关系。例举双方配合中不协调的问题 ,分析产生的原因 ,提出应该相互理解和支持 。

The paper points out some problems existing during the present residence construction: 1) both architect and developer don't still completely adopt new reform situation of the residence construction; 2) the experience of designer and developer isn't plentiful yet; 3) the cooperation of architect and develop isn't harmonious. Aimed at these problems, the content and characteristic of work of architect and developer are clarified. Especially the dependent relation between architect and developer is highlighted in this paper. And some inharmonious problems during the cooperation of both are listed and the reasons are also analyzed. Finally the paper puts forward that architect and developer should understand and support each other for the common cause of residence construction.
