严把钢筋、水泥等原材料的进厂质量关 ,控制钢筋制作、主筋焊接接头、钢筋骨架绑扎、铁件制作和混凝土拌合物等关键工序 ,有效保证了隐蔽工程质量。“活底脱模”施工技术的应用 ,实现了工厂化生产超大预制柱的流水作业 ,减少了投入 ,提高了工效。加强浇水养护阶段的保证措施 。
Through the control for the quality of the reinforcing steel bar and concrete and the procedure of construction the engineering quality can be ensured effectively. The application of ″free access under plat mold unloading″ construction technology realizes the continuous production of super huge reinforced concrete fabricated column. This technology reduces the investment and increases the work efficiency. The common quality default is shrinkage cracks that result from the losing of the water and strengthening the warranty measures in maintenance stage can eliminate the default. Finally author emphases that the fulfilling of the ″three level″ inspection regime is a essential measure to ensure the product quality.
