The construction technology of using tensional moment method to screw is introduced combined with the actual construction of high strength bolt joint in railway steel beams. The whole process introduced from construction preparation to final screw. The quality inspection introduced too. For example if the mark of final screw has leakage and if the torsional moment deviation is in standard range are both elaborated. The matters needing attention in quality inspection are point out. Finally author emphasized the critical action of the high strength blots in installation construction of steel structure.
