浅谈住宅工程后期阶段施工管理

根据住宅工程在目前建筑市场上所占份额及用户对质量的要求来说明住宅工程后期管理的重要性。结合十几项工程的施工实践 ,阐述了住宅工程的五个特殊性及后期阶段的管理方法 ,最后提出后期阶段管理 ,必须处理好十一个具体问题 ,并指出住宅工程后期阶段管理要随着人们要求的不断提高而予以加强 。

According to the proportion of the building engineering in the architecture market and the quality demands of the users the importance of the later period management for the dwelling project is illustrated. The management methods and five specialties of the dwelling project are elaborated combined with actual construction practices. At last eleven concrete problems in later period management are proposed. Author point out that the management in later period should be improved with user's demands continuously and be intensified to meet the user's requests.
