为了保证企业的健康发展 ,就一定要加强对领导干部的权力制衡和监督。揭示了因领导干部权力失衡而使国有企业整体效益严重受损的原因及存在的问题 ;论述了对领导干部权力进行制衡与监督的必要性、紧迫性和长期性。提出了对领导干部权力进行制衡和监督的途径及方法 ,避免了损害企业利益的行为发生。

In order to guarantee enterprise healthy development the restriction and balance of right for leader in enterprise should be intensified. In the paper the reasons of harming the benefit of state enterprises are revealed and the necessity, urgency and long term character of carrying out the restriction and balance of right for the leaders are elaborated. The methods and way are proposed of proceeding the restriction and balance of the right to prevent the things of harming the enterprise's benefits.
