企业执纪中存在的问题与思考

The existing problems and thinking during the enterprise executing disciplines

从以权代纪、以罚代纪、以情代纪、以教代纪等四个方面概述了目前企业执纪中存在的问题 ,并就存在的问题进行了原因分析。在此基础上 ,对企业从严执纪提出了三点建议 :提高认识 ,正确对待从严执纪 ;完善制度 ,充分保障从严执纪 ;强化素质 ,有力实施从严执纪 。

The existing problems during the present enterprise executing disciplines are summarized from forth aspects. And the reasons for the existing problems are analyzed. Based on analysis results, three suggestions of seriously executing disciplines are given: 1) improving recognition and correctly treat with seriously executing disciplines; 2) perfecting system to fully guarantee serious disciplines execution; 3) intensifying quality to carry out serious disciplines execution; 4) trying to improve present execution situation of enterprise.
