摘要 为了提高纤维素类废弃物的综合利用效率,降低对环境的污染,保护生态环境,利用能够降解纤维素和木质素的菌种对玉米秸秆粉和白酒糟进行了发酵处理.结果表明,经发酵处理后的玉米秸秆粉和白酒糟蛋白含量有了明显提高,真蛋白含量分别可达17.04%和29.64%,比发酵处理前高了731.2%和64.0%;粗蛋白含量分别可达18.94%和30.86%,比发酵处理前高了576.4%和65.3%,并具有较高的纤维素酶、半纤维素酶及淀粉酶活性,因而可作为蛋白饲料加以利用. In order to enhance the efficiency of complex use of wastes containing cellulose, reduce its pollution to environment and protect eco-environment, corn straw powder and distiller抯 grains were fermented by some bacteria able to degrade cellulose and lignin. The results showed that the contents of protein of the fermented corn straw powder and distillers grains increased significantly, reaching 17.04% and 29.64% for pure protein respectively, 731.2% and 64.0% higher than those of non-fermented control, and reaching 18.94% and 30.86% for crude protein respectively, 576.4% and 65.3% higher than those of non-fermented control. Meanwhile, higher activities of cellulase, hemicellulase and amylase were determined in the fermented product, so they could be used as feeding-protein.
