摘要
采用4种平板型纳滤膜对洁霉素废水进行了实验研究.以膜通量(J)、CODCr截留率(R1)、洁霉素截留率(R2)以及R2′J作为膜性能评价指标.实验结果表明,4种膜的适宜操作压力为2.0~3.0MPa,适宜操作流量为8~12L/min.DLNF-1膜和NTR-7250膜的通量较高,达到50L/(m2×h);MPF-44膜抗冲击负荷的能力较高;DLNF-1膜和MPF-44膜对废水中SO42-的截留效果最好,达到98%以上;4种膜对洁霉素的截留率均能达到80%以上.
The experimental study of treating lincomycin wastewater was carried out with four kinds of flat nanofiltration membrane. The evaluating criterions on membrane performance were the membrane flux(J), CODCr retention rate(R1), lincomycin retention rate(R2) and R2J. The experimental results show that the four types of membranes' suitable operation pressure and the flux of membrane are between 2.0~3.0MPa and from 8 to 12L/min respectively; DLNF-1 and NTR-7250 membranes' flux is relatively high reaching 50L/(m2h); MPF-44 membrane's resistivity to lashing load is relatively high; DLNF-1 and MPF-44 membranes' retention effect of SO42- can reaching above 98%. The membranes' lincomycin retention rates can all reach above 80%.
