摘要
将未经过噪声暴露和经过噪声暴露(未注射药物、注射黄芪和红景天)的大鼠分别测定了其肝胆固醇含量的变化,研究了噪声对大鼠肝细胞内胆固醇代谢的影响及其药物防治.试验结果显示,大鼠受到噪声刺激后,肝胆固醇含量随噪声强度的提高和噪声暴露时间的延长而逐渐降低.腹腔注射黄芪和红景天后,大鼠肝胆固醇含量的变化仅与噪声暴露时间有关,90min内可调节肝胆固醇的代谢平衡,随后药物作用减弱.两种药物作用效果基本一致.研究结果表明,黄芪和红景天能调节噪声环境中大鼠肝胆固醇的代谢平衡,对噪声的刺激有一定的抵抗作用,因此可以通过食用含有黄芪和红景天的药物或食品来缓解噪声的非听觉危害.
The change of liver cholesterol content of big mice (injected and not injected with Astragals and Rhodiola) exposed and not exposed to noise was determined; and the noise influence on the metabolism of cholesterol in liver cell of the mice and its drag control were studied. The results showed that after stimulated by noise these contents gradually fell with the intensity of noise increased and time of noise expose prolonged. The change of liver cholesterol content was only related to the time of noise expose after injecting Astragals and Rhodiola. Into the obdominal cavity; so it can regulate the metabolism balance of the liver cholesterol within 90 min and the drug effect weakens afterwards. Both drugs have basically same effects. The results prove that Astragals and Rhodiola can regulate the metabolism balance of the mice liver cholesterol in the noise environment and resist definitely the stimulation of noise; so through eating food containing Astragals and Rhodiola can relax the damage from noise.
