摘要
采用乙醇为溶剂 ,提取虾壳中的虾红色素 ,通过正交试验 ,确定最佳工艺条件为乙醇浓度 95 %、温度 75℃、浸提 0 .5 h,此时虾红色素得率为 4.92 %。同时研究了不同 p H值对蛋白质回收率的影响 ,当 p H值 =3 .0时蛋白质回收率最高 ,为 84.2 0 %。
Extracting astaxanthin form lobster shells by lacohol, orthogon designing trial indicate: when the content of alcohol is 95%\, the temperature is 75 ℃\, the time of extraction is 0.5 hour; the extraction rate of astaxanthin 4.92%, is the highest. meawhile, the effect of pH Value on yield of protein was studied. The results showed the highest yield of protein is 84.2%, when pH is 3.0\;
