National Center of Safety science and Technoloqy That Advances with Time

安全科学技术研究中心伴随着中国改革开放步伐,走过了20年历程.20年来,这一国家级科研机构对推动我国安全生产科研工作发挥了积极作用.

The State Administration of Work Safety was established in February 2001. The National Center of Safety Science & Technology which was formerly under the State Economic and Trade Commission, now belongs to the State Administration of Work Safety, The mission of the Center is to provide technical support for policy-making of work safety at the national level and undertake scientific research in the field of work safety, The Center has completed over 100 research projects, of which more than 30 have won rational and ministerial awards and many technologies have received state patent awards. At present, the Center has a total staff of 105. Among them, there are 9 research fellows, 45 senior engineers and 40 engineers. The Center now has 11 Doctor's degree and 21 Master's degree. In view of the current technical strength and personnel structure of the Center, it has become an important force in scientific research in the field of work safety in China,
