摘要 干扰素具有抗病毒、调节细胞生长、抑制肿瘤血管形成以及调节免疫等多种功能 ,这些生物学功能的正常发挥有赖于细胞中多种信号传导通路的开放、功能基因的转录和相互协同。本文主要综述肿瘤细胞 型干扰素所涉及信号传导通路、相关基因的表达和其生物学功能的研究进展。
