摘要 砷剂除对急性早幼粒白血病 (APL)有特效外 ,对其它类型白血病也具有治疗潜力 ,其抗白血病机制在于对白血病细胞促凋亡、诱导分化、抑制增殖并影响骨髓微血管形成。
