上肢神经损伤458例临床分析

Nerve injury of the upper limb:a clinical analysis of 458 cases

目的 通过 4 5 8例上肢神经损伤的治疗 ,分析神经损伤的疗效与年龄、受伤机制和部位、受伤到治疗的时间、治疗的方法的关系。方法 手术探查后采用端端外膜缝合、束膜缝合、外膜缝合加静脉套接及神经移植和束间松解方法共修复 2 17例 ,2 73条神经 ,术后随访 8个月～ 6年。结果 按中华医学会手外科学会功能评定标准进行评定 ,优 119例 ,良 4 5例 ,优良率 76 %。结论 神经损伤的病人。通过各种不同的方法治疗 。

Objective According to the treatment of 458 cases with nerve injury of the upper limb,to analyse the correlation between the effect of nerve injury and the age,cause,wound site,treatment meathods et al.Methods After exploratory operation,273 nerves of 217 cases were repaired with 5 kinds of methods,including epineurium suture,fascicular suture,epineurium suture with vein cuff,nerve grafting and endoneurolysis.Results All the cases were assessed according to the functional evaluation criteria formulated by Chinese Society for Surgery of the Hand.Of 217 patients repaired,119 cases were graded excellent,45 cases good,26 cases fair and 27 cases poor.Conclusion Selective repair ways of nerve is a promising method for treatment of nerve injury.
