Cinical Curative Effect of milionone on Patients with Pulmonary Heart Disease

目的 观察 30例慢性肺原性心脏病静脉应用米力农 2周后的临床疗效 ,方法 6 0例肺心病分两组对照观察疗效 ,结果 米力农组治疗前后心肺功能得到改善 ,显效率 93% ,总有效率 97% ,较西地兰组明显为优 ,副作用也少。

Objective To evaluate the clinical effects of milrinone on patients with chronic pulmonary heart disease.Method Pulmonary and heart function together with clinical observation were performed on 30 patients with chronic pulmonary heart disease treated with introvenous milrinone for two weeks.Results The clinical curatiive effects were positive.The heart and pulmonary function were imprived after the treatment.The total response rate to milrinone was 93% and 97% of them had a significant improvement.No severe side effect was found in our observation.Conclusion Milrinone is a preferred drug in treating patients with pulmonary heart deisease.
