电视胸腔镜手术300例体会

Experience with 300 cases of video-assisted thoracic surgery

目的 探讨胸腔镜手术在胸外科领域的应用价值。方法 对胸部疾病施行 VATS手术 30 0例。结果 手术创伤小 ,患者恢复快 ,出血少 ,手术时间及术后住院日明显缩短 ,术后并发症 8例 ,占 2 .8% ,明显低于常规开胸组。结论 恰当选例下 ,VATS在胸部微创手术领域中 。

Objective To explore the value of video assisted thoracic surgery in lung surgery.Method 300 cases with pulmonary disease underwent VATS.Results Little damage to the body,patients made a quick recovery with little loss of blood,The operation and hospitalzation's time was shorter and the complication occurred only in 8 cases(4.6%).Conclusion VATS could be used widely in the treatment of pulmonary disease.
