APACHE Ⅲ评分在危重病患者治疗中的临床意义

The Clinical Meaning of APACHE Ⅲ Score in Critical Patient Treat.

目的:验证APACHE Ⅲ在ICU的应用价值。方法:对1999年1月1日至2000年12月31日收入ICU符合评分条件的161例患者应用APACHE Ⅲ评分法进行回顾性分析。结果:APACHE Ⅲ分值与死亡率之间存在密切关系,随分值增加死亡率升高。结论:APACHE Ⅲ评分在危重病患者的治疗中有重要的临床指导意义。

Purpose:To investigate the value of APACHE Ⅲ in (ICU) .Methods:The clinical data of 161 cases of severe patients who fit for scoring were reviewed. They were received to ICU of our hospital from 1st, 1,1999 to 31st, 12,2000. Results: The APACHE Ⅲ score is associated with the mortalities, the mortality in-creases with the number of score. Conclusion: APACHE Ⅲ score has important clinical meaning of direction at critical patient treatment.
