组织蛋白酶D和胶原蛋白Ⅳ在膀胱癌中的表达及意义

The Expressions of Cathepsin D and Type Ⅳ Collagen and Their Significance in Human Bladder Carcinoma

目的 :探讨膀胱移行细胞癌 (BTCC)组织中蛋白酶D(Cath D)和胶原蛋白Ⅳ (ColⅣ )的表达及其临床意义。方法 :采用免疫组织化学S P法检测 5 2例BTCC和 9例正常膀胱组织中Cath D和ColⅣ抗原。结果 :Cath D在正常膀胱移行细胞中的表达高于BTCC(P <0 .0 1) ,且与病理分级、临床分期呈负相关 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,与肿瘤的多发和单发无关。ColⅣ在正常组织基底膜中的表达高于BTCC(P <0 .0 1) ,亦与肿瘤的分期、分级呈负相关 (分别为P <0 .0 5和P <0 .0 1)。在BTCC组织中Cath D和ColⅣ的表达呈正相关性 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 :Cath D在BTCC的侵袭和转移过程中不起重要作用 ,Cath

Objective: To determine the expressions of cathepsin D(Cat D) and type Ⅳ collagen (ColⅣ) in the tissues of bladder transitional cell carcinoma (BTCC) and to evaluate their clinical significance. Methods: expressions of Cat D and Col Ⅳ were immunohistochemically examined in the tissues of 52 BTCCs and 9 moral bladders. Results: Cath D expression in normal bladder was higher than that in BTCC( P <0.01) and it was inversely correlated with tumor grade( P <0.05) and stage ( P <0.05). However, there was no relationship between the expression and multiplicity. ColⅣ expression in BTCC tissues was lower than that in normal counterpart( P <0.01), and was also inversely correlated with grade (P<0.05) and stage( P <0.01). Conclusion: Cath D expression is not involved in the invasive process of BTCC. Nevertheless, the status of Cat D and ColⅣ provide additional prognostic information for the behavior of BTCC.
