高度近视眼LASIK术中保留角膜床厚度与屈光回退的关系

Relationship between Remained Thickness of Cornea-bed and Refractive Regression in Operation of Excimer Laser in Stiu Keratomileusis for High Myopia

目的 :探讨准分子激光原位角膜磨镶术 (excimerlaserinsitukeratomileusisLASIK)矫治高度近视后屈光回退与术中角膜床厚度的关系。方法 :采用LASIK对 2 16例 4 0 6眼高度近视患者进行治疗 ,根据术中角膜床厚度分为三组 ,分析屈光回退与术中角膜床厚度的关系。结果 :屈光回退程度与角膜床厚度呈负相关系。准分子激光原位角膜磨镶术 (P <0 .0 1)。结论

Objective:To investigate the relationship between the refractive regression after Excimer laser in situ Keratomileusis for severe myopia and the remained thickness of cornea bed in the operation.Methods:406 eyes of 216 myopic patients who received LASIK were studied. The patients were divided into 3 groups according to thickness of cornea-bed in operation.The correlation of regression of refraction and thickness of cornea bed in operation was analyzed. Results: A negative correlation was found between the extent of regression and the thickness of cornea bed ( P <0.01). Conclusion:The thickness of cornea bed in operation is an important factor that affects the stability of refraction following Excimer laser in situ keratomileusis.
