摘要
对 Cu2 + 、Fe3+ 在溴代十六烷基三甲胺 (CTMAB)存在下同时与苯基荧光酮的显色反应进行了研究 ,发现它们与苯基荧光酮均能形成稳定的络合物 ,Cu2 +络合物的最大吸收波长为 5 99nm,摩尔吸光系数为 1 .0 8×1 0 5;线性范围 0~ 7μg/2 5 m L.Fe3+络合物的最大吸收波长为 63 8nm,摩尔吸光系数为 8.87× 1 0 4 ,线性范围 0~6μg/2 5 m L.在水样中进行回收率的测定 ,结果满意 .
A study is made of the color reactions of Cu\+\{2+\}?Fe\+\{3+\} with phenyfluorone simultaneously in the presence of CTMAB. The test shows the maximum absorption wavelength of the complex compounds of Cu\+\{2+\} and Fe\+\{3+\} is 599nm and 638nm individually.Beer\'s laws are obeyed in the rang of 0~7μg/25mL and 0~6μg/25mL.The rate of recovery at the sample of water is satisfactory.
