摘要
分析国有煤炭企业现行岗位技能工资制存在弊端,改革现行工资分配体制,实现以岗位工资制为基础多种分配形式相结合的工资分配体制以及工资分配改革应做好的具体工作。
By analysis of the shortcoming existed in the present post and technical a bility salary system in state -owned coal enterprises,reforms this system to realize diversifide distribut ion,based on post and technical abil ity salary system,and to do concrete jobs well during salary reform.
