摘要
根据枝晶臂截面排列方向作已知晶面在合金表面上的痕迹 ,由此确定铸造合金的晶体位向及定向切割线。叙述了该方法的原理及操作程序。应用实例表明 ,该方法简单、易行、可靠、效率高。
On the basis of dendrite arm alignment on the intersection plane, traces of a known crystal plane were made on the alloy surfaces. Crystal orientations and traces needed for directional cutting on cast alloys can be determined by the proposed method. Application examples show that this method is simple, reliable, convenient and effective.
