轧制态Ti_(51)Pd_(30)Ni_(19)合金在加热过程中的在位观察

摘要 研究了轧制态Ti51Pd30 Ni19合金在升温过程中XRD谱及显微组织的变化情况。在低温马氏体状态 ,XRD谱在 4 0度附近存在两个重叠的峰 ,随着温度的升高 ,这两个峰随之消长 ,对应于合金的相变过程。在升温过程中 ,马氏体的显微组织发生了重大变化 ,马氏体的亚结构在相变前变得清晰。在高温下 。 The XRD pattens and microstructure of cold rolled TiPdNi alloy were investigated when heating the specimen to high temperatures. It has been found that there exist two overlapping peaks in the profiles in the low temperature martensitic state. The peaks grow and decline with the increase of temperature, corresponding to the phase transformation of martensite to austenite. The microstructure of martensite varies in the heating process. The substructure becomes clear before phase transformation, and oxidation occurs at high temperature.
