摘要
将Cr12MoV钢矽钢片凹模磨削裂纹进行脉冲放电止裂后 ,对止裂处进行了宏观和微观分析。试验指出 :脉冲放电止裂后 ,可对带有裂纹的表面进行强化处理。由于磨削裂纹细如发丝 ,在熔覆强化过程中使其弥合 ,达到了既强化又修复的目的。
The crack preventing was executed around the grinding crack inside a cavity die of Cr12MoV steel through pulse current discharge. After discharge, the macrostructure and microstructure of crack arresting area were analyzed. The experiment shows that fusion welding reinforcement could proceed on the surface with crack of the die after crack arresting. Because it is very small, the grinding crack can be closed in fusion welding reinforcement proceeding. So the goal of crack reinforcing and repairing can be reached.
