摘要
基于对产品创新能力的认识 ,构造产品创新过程市场活动、技术活动和组织活动的相互协调机制 ,探讨知识积累和共享的产品创新基础 ,以引导西部企业进行市场创新、知识创新和人才创新 。
This paper presents a mechanism of coordination with market activities, technology activities and organization activities in product innovation process(PIP), based on re-recognition to product innovation capability.Knowledge accumulation and knowledge communion is considered as the core of product innovation capability. Some suggestions are offered to enhance product innovation capability of enterprises in China Western Region through market innovation , technology innovation and organization innovation and to obtain rivalry advantage further.
