摘要 目的观察桂皮酸(CINN)对人肝癌细胞(HepG-2)的作用。方法体外培养HepG-2细胞,用CINN处理后,观察细胞形态、细胞集落形成能力、甲胎蛋白分泌量及细胞周期频数分布的变化。结果细胞形态趋向良性分化,集落形成率降低,甲胎蛋白分泌减少,G0/G1期细胞增加而G2+M期细胞减少。结论CINN可使HepG-2细胞某些恶性表型发生逆转。 Objective To study the effection of cinnamic acid (CINN)on human hepatocarcinoma cell line (HepG 2). Methods Human hepatocarcinoma cells (HepG 2) were cultured and treated with 1~3mmol/L cinnamic acid (CINN)in vitro,observing the colony forming ability in semisolid agar culture, biochemical behavior and cell cycle changes. Results The morphology of HepG 2 cells tended to well differentiation. Colony forming ability in semisolid agar culture was lowered. The secretion of afetoprotein (AFP) was significantly lower than that of the controled group. Flow cytometry (FCM) demonstrated that G2+M phase cells decreased and G0/G1 phase cells increased. Conclusion CINN could convert some malignant phenotypes of HepG 2 cells.
