摘要
目的动态观察急性脑梗塞患者血浆肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)含量的变化及血浆肿瘤坏死因子与梗塞灶面积、部位的关系。方法采用双抗体夹心(EILAS)法测定了68例脑梗塞患者及46例正常对照组TNF-α含量。结果急性脑梗塞患者TNF-α含量显著高于正常组。病后3天TNF-α含量最高,恢复期TNF-α含量显著下降,但仍显著高于正常对照组,且TNF-α含量与梗塞灶面积和部位均无明显相关性。结论TNF-α是神经—内分泌—免疫调节系统中的关键介质。TNF-α参与了脑梗塞患者炎症/免疫反应发生发展过程。
Objective To observe dynamically the plasma tumor necrosis factor α(TNF α) concentration in patients with acute cerebral infarction and relationship between TNF αand infarcted place and its acreage. Method The plasma TNF αconcentration of 68patients with ACI and 46 control subjects were measured by EILSA method. Result The plasma TNF αconcentration were significantly higher in acute stage of ACI patients than that of control group (P<0.01). The plasma TNF αconcentration reached its maximal lever in 3 days after onset,which was decreased in the convalescence. However, it was still higher than normal (P<0.01). In addition,there was no obviously relationship between the plasma TNF αand infarcted place and its acreage. Conclusion TNF αis an important matter in the nerve immune endocrine system. It plays a role in the occurrence and development of inflammatory/immune process of ACI patient.
