A Brief Introduction to the Imported Glass Tube Production Line with Danner Process

一、前言 1985年我厂引进和投产了一条中性玻璃管生产线。该生产线适用于生产各种圆口玻璃。其生产工艺过程如下:玻璃液从熔炉工作池通向料道,通过流料槽缠绕在丹纳成型机旋转管上。玻璃液在马弗炉内受到煤气间接加热,通过温度自动控制器调节玻璃粘度。根据玻管规格调节旋转管转速、风量及牵引速度。

A description has been given of the imported glass tube production line with Danner process. With reference to the flow chart of the line, its feeding apparatus, Danner machine, controlling system and tube after-treatment equipment have been set forth one after another, which may be helpful for the glassmen at home.
