当归四逆冻疮膏的研制和皮肤刺激试验

Preparation of Danggui Sini Dongchuang Unguentum and Test for Skin Irritation

目的:筛选当归四逆冻疮膏的处方组成并进行皮肤刺激试验。方法:采用多项考察指标进行处方筛选。结果:用5号处方制得的冻疮膏呈淡黄色,均匀细腻,冷、热稳定性试验和离心试验表明无油水分离现象。该制剂对皮肤刺激强度为零。结论:5号处方为最佳处方,由其制成的软膏稳定性好,且对皮肤无刺激性。

To select the presription of Danggui Sini Dongchuang Unguentum and to test for skin irritation. Methods:Several selecting standard used for selecting the preserition. Results: Dongchuang unguentum is made by the fiveth prescription, that is yellowish, uniform and thinness, It has not separating of oil-water by heat and coolness stability experiment,isolation experiment. Irritation degree for skin is zero with the unguentum. Conclusion: The fiveth unguentum is optimum, the unguentum has a good stability and has not irritation for skin.
