肾移植患者勃起功能的评价与健康教育

Erectile Function Evaluation and Health Education in Renal Transplantation Patients

目的 评价肾移植术后男性患者的勃起功能。方法 应用勃起功能国际问卷对 96例肾移植患者性功能进行评价。结果 肾移植前透析的患者有 67例 ( 69.79% )存在不同程度的勃起功能障碍 (简称ED) ,移植后性功能有明显的改善 ,2 5例患者勃起功能恢复 ,仍有 41例 ( 42 .7% )的患者有不同程度的ED ,但两组比较相差显著 ( P <0 .0 1)。ED的生理因素包括 :年龄、病程、内分泌紊乱、糖尿病、高血压血管病变和贫血等因素 ,心理障碍也是引起ED的重要原因。结论 肾移植术后勃起功能障碍仍具有较高的普遍性 。

Objective To evaluate erectile function of patients after renal transplantation. Methods Application of International Index of Erectile Function (IIEF) to evaluate erectile function of 96 consecutive kidney transplant recipients by questionaire. All five (IIEF 5) domains, i.e, erectile function(ED), orgasmic function, sexual desire ,intercourse satisfaction, and overall satisfaction, were scored for each responder . Results 96patients replied. In renal transplant recipients, sexual problems were significantly less prevalent than those in patients undergoing dialysis(P<0.01). About 69.79% chronic renal failure patients had trouble with ED .The erectile function was rehabilitated in 25 patients after renal transplantation, and 41(42.7%) patients still had trouble with ED. Physiological factors included age ,endocrine disturbance, diabetes , hypertensive vascular degeneration and anemia. Psychologic obstacle is also an importantfactor. Conclusion It is necessary and important to undertake health education among patients who have undergone renal transplantation.
