高渗甲硝唑葡萄糖液治疗皮肤溃疡的临床观察

Clinical Effect of High Osmotic Metronidazole and Glucose Fluid on Ulcer of Skin

目的 探讨皮肤溃疡的治疗。方法 在常规清洁伤口后用含 8.33%的高渗甲硝唑葡萄糖溶液 (含甲硝唑 0 .2 % )的纱条填充伤口 ,观察治疗前与治疗 1周后的创面细菌增生情况 ,比较实验组与对照组伤口愈合时间。结果 实验组可显著抑制伤口细菌生长 ,且能加速创面愈合。结论 8.33%的高渗甲硝唑葡萄糖溶液治疗皮肤溃疡具有安全、高效的特点。

Objective To explore therapy of ulcer of skin.Methods Use gauze with high osmotic metronidazole and glucose fluid to fill up ulcer wound after conventional therapy.Observe proliferation of bacteria before therapy and after l week of therapy and compare time of cure between experimental group and control group.Results Experimental group can inhibit proliferation of bacteria and reduce time of cure.Conclusion High osmotic metronidazole and glucose fluid is a safe and effective therapy to treat ulcer of skin.
