脑脊液置换治疗蛛网膜下腔出血的临床研究

目的 研究脑脊液置换治疗蛛网膜下腔出血。 方法 全部病例按顺序随机分成治疗组与对照组各30例 ,治疗组在常规治疗基础上 ,采用脑脊液置换疗法。结果 症状改善、脑脊液恢复正常的时间、脑血管痉挛发生率及死亡率 ,两组对比有显著差异。结论置换血性脑脊液能降低颅内压 ,改善脊液循环 ,防止蛛网膜粘连 ,消除血管活性物质 ,缓解脑血管痉挛 。

Objective To evaluate the effect of exchage of cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) in the treatment of subarachnoid hemorrhage(SAH). Methods 60 cases with SAH were randomly classified into treatment group and control group. Besides routine management, exchage of cerebrospinal fluid was also applied in the treatment group. Results There was a significant difference between 2 groups in the improvement of symptoms, the duration of the CSF recovery, the incidence of cerebrovascular spasm and death rate. Conclusions exchage of cerebrospinal fluid may decrease intracranial pressure, improve the circulation of CSF, prevent the adhesion of arachnoid , preclud vasoactive agents, relax vascular spasm, and improve the life quality of patients .
