摘要
上海远洋生产调度中心深基坑施工中 ,为保护周边环境采取了多项技术措施 :如加大围护桩直径 ,以加强围护结构的强度和刚度 ;在挡土墙外侧做截水帷幕 ;坑底加固减小桩墙位移 ;采用树根桩增强围护结构抗变形能力 ;保持坑外地下水位稳定 ;优化土方开挖方案等 ,使周围房屋、道路管线的沉降变形和水平位移均控制在允许范围内。
In deep foundation construction of production directing center of Huayuan Company in Shanghai, a number of technical measures are taken so as to protect the nearby environment.In order to improve the strength and rigidity of retention structure diameter of retention piles was enlarged;A waterproof curtain was set outside the retention wall. To minimize displacement and deformation of the retention wall,the bottom of foundation pit was strengthened and tree root piles are adopted. In addition, underground water level outside the pit was well controlled and excavation method was optimized so that the settlement and horizontal displacement of neighbouring buildings, roads and underground pipe system are controlled within allowed limit.
