摘要
主要讨论了房地产开发项目公司管理职能及其工作方法 ,包括从前期策划、设计、报建、施工到验收建设全过程的监控 ;项目的市场定位、管理、销售策划职能。
In this paper,the functions of project management company in real estate development are discussed, which include control procedures at different stages from the planning, designing, construction to the finished stage, the project's market orientation and sales planning and their optimization.
