血活素与复方丹参治疗中重度新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病

Therapeutic effects of solcoseryl combined with compound Danshen on HIE

目的:探讨血活素和复方丹参治疗新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病(HIE)的疗效。方法:将近年收治的140例中、重度HIE分为4组,并对各组临床治疗效果进行回顾性分析。结果:复方丹参治疗组、血活素治疗组、血活素+复方丹参治疗组的疗效均优于常规治疗组;其中以血活素+复方丹参治疗组的疗效为最好;血活素治疗组和复方丹参治疗组的疗效差异无显著性。结论:血活素联合复方丹参治疗HIE的近期效果良好,是HIE较为理想的治疗方法之一。

Objective:Approach therapeutic effects of solcoseryl and compound Danshen on HIE,and seek ideal treatment for it,Method:140 cases of moderate and serious HIE patients were divided into 4 groups:Ⅰ group(routine therapeutic group),Ⅱ group(group treated with compound Danshen),Ⅲ group(with solcoseryl),Ⅳ group(with solcoseryl combined with compound Danshen),retrospectively analysed their clinical therapeutic effects.Result:The therapeutic effects in the Ⅱ,Ⅲ and Ⅳ groups were better than the 1 group;the therapeutic effect in the Ⅳgroup was best;there was no marked differences in the therapeutic effect between the Ⅲ group and the Ⅱ group.Conclusion:Solcoseryl combined with compound Danshen is an efective therapy on HIE,it can be concluded that solcoseryl combined with compound Danshen is thence a relatively ideal treatment for HIE.
