烤瓷冠边缘刷镀防蚀的研究

目的 :探索和解决用镍 铬合金制作的金属烤瓷冠因氧化腐蚀引起的颈缘灰线、牙龈变色、致敏等缺陷 ,提供一种简便、安全的防腐技术。方法 :设计和研制齿科刷镀仪 ,镀笔 ,金、电净、活化液 ,对烤瓷基底冠边缘 ,核桩表面刷镀 ,对金镀层的结合强度、耐腐蚀性、以及生物安全性进行试验。结果 :制作烤瓷金冠 65件 ,金瓷桩核冠 3 2件 ,均收到较理想的效果。结论 :金属电刷镀技术在镍 铬合金烤瓷修复体金属表面镀覆黄金的防腐处理 ,方法简便 ,操作灵活 ,材料性能安全可靠 ,每只烤瓷冠的成本仅为贵金属基底冠的二十分之一。
