瘢痕疙瘩成纤维细胞中转化生长因子-βⅠ、Ⅱ型受体的表达及调控 被引量:3

摘要 目的 :了解瘢痕疙瘩成纤维细胞中转化生长因子 (Transforminggrowthfactor ,TGF) βⅠ、Ⅱ型受体的表达及TGF β1 、β3对其的影响。方法 :体外培养瘢痕疙瘩成纤维细胞 (KFB)和正常皮肤成纤维细胞 (NFB) ,利用免疫组化及计算机图象分析系统测定TGF βⅠ、Ⅱ型受体含量。 结果 :KFB胞浆内阳性信号明显强于NFB (P <0 0 5 ) ;经TGF β1 、β3处理组胞浆内阳性信号差别均不明显 (P >0 0 5 )。结论 :KFB存在高表达的TGF βⅠ、Ⅱ型受体 ;TGF β1 、β3均能促进KFBTGF βⅠ。 To study the expression of transforming growth factor(TGF) β receptor Ⅰ and Ⅱ and its regulation in keloid derived fibroblasts treated with TGF β 1?β 3 Method:By culturing keloid fibroblast(KFB) and normal skin fibroblast(NFB),we investigated the expression of TGF β receptor Ⅰ and Ⅱ by immunohistochemical staining and image analysis Result:The detectable level of TGF βreceptor Ⅰ and Ⅱ was higher in KFB than that of NFB(P<0 05) Significant improvement was detected in groups treated with TGF β 1?β 3,when compared with the untreated groups(P<0 05) There was no detectable difference between groups of TGF β 1 and β 3(P>0 05) Conclusion:Higher expression of TGF β receptor ⅠandⅡ are present in KFB and they can be up regulated by TGF β 1 and TGF β 3
