唇珠缺损的综合修复

REPAIRING THE DEFORMITY OF LABIAL TUBERCLE BY VARIOUS METHOD

目的 :探求各种程度唇珠缺损的修复方法。方法 :对于轻度的唇珠缺损 ,采用“V—Y”推进或“Z”成形术修复。对唇珠缺损较严重者 ,可设计不对称“Z”形瓣 ,把双侧肥厚的肌粘膜瓣向下旋转 90 °转移至缺损的唇中部。结果 :所有 4 6例唇珠缺损患者均获得了良好的修复效果 ,修复后的唇珠外形美观自然。结论 :针对不同程度的唇珠缺损 ,应采用不同的手术方法修复 ,尤其对缺损程度较大的情况 ,可采用不对称的Z形瓣来修复 。
