摘要
目的 :通过可吸收的多孔块状 β 磷酸三钙 ( β TCP)兔颅骨表面骨膜下的种植 ,观察材料及新生骨和颅骨间是否有软组织间隔 ,或者是否为直接的骨粘连 ,并观察 β TCP的骨引导性 ,为临床筛选合适的可在颜面皮质骨表面贴敷的具有可吸收性的骨缺损修复材料。方法 :全麻下对动物 (家兔 )进行手术 ,将多孔块状 β TCP种植在兔颅骨骨膜下的顶骨表面 ,术后 12周取材 ,扫描电镜和光学显微镜观察材料和颅骨之间的界面 ,并和对照组羟基磷灰石 (HA)组对比。结果 :经电镜和光学显微镜观察 ,材料、新生骨和兔颅骨间为直接的骨性结合 ,无软组织间隔 ,β TCP能引导新骨向材料内长入。结论 :可吸收的多孔块状 β TCP陶瓷是一种较好的可在皮质骨表面贴敷的具有可吸收性的骨缺损修复材料。
Through the calvarial subperiosteal implantation of porous block β tricalcium phosphate(β TCP) in rabbits,to observe the interface between the β TCP and calvarium,so as to select a proper surface attached bone substitute for clinical use.Methods:Rabbits were operated under general anesthesia,and implanted the porous block β TCP ceramic on the surface of calvarium Rabbits were sacrificed 12 weeks after operation,to observe the interface between β TCP ceramic and calvarium by scanning electron microscope and light microscope,and compared with Hydroxyapatite(HA) ceramic Result:There was no soft tissue in the interface between β TCP ceramic and calvarium,only bone coherence,also observed that β-TCP ceramic had osteoconductivity Conclusion:Resorbable porous blork β TCP ceramic is a good surface attached bone substitute
