应用耳后皮瓣移位修复耳前及面颊组织缺损

Repairing of preauricular and facial defects with retroauricular flap transposition

目的 :探讨耳前及面颊部组织缺损的修复。方法 :以耳后无毛区设计皮瓣 ,将耳后血管带入皮瓣内 ,根据耳前及面颊部组织缺损的范围 ,设计切取耳后皮瓣转移耳前及面颊修复缺损。结果 :应用该方法治疗 1 5例患者 ,皮瓣最大面积 8cm×5cm ,最小 6cm× 4cm。所有皮瓣均一期成活。结论 :该皮瓣皮下脂肪少 ,皮瓣较薄 ,且与面部色泽协调一致 ,手术简便 ,术后外形理想 。

Objective:To investigate the repair approach for the preauricular and facial defects.Methods:Hairless skin flap on the retroauricular region was taken carefully to including the retroauricular vessels for replacing the preauricular and facial defects.Results:Fifteen cases were treated in this method with skin flap,the size from 8 cm×5 cm to 6 cm×4 cm.All flaps survived in first intention healing primary.Conclusions:The advantages of using flap in this region are:less subcutaneous fat,similar to the surrounding area in color and texture simple in technique.The postoperative result is satisfactory and better than the flap taken from remote area.
